Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 7–14 days of receiving for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must have all original tags attached
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or discounted items 
  • Underwear or swimwear 
  • Custom or personalized items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Wrong item received

If you need an exchange, contact us immediately.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider
  3. If still unresolved, contact us
